Dr. Dai received his B.S. from Shandong University and Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Zhongshan School of Medicine, Sun Yat-sen University, China. Dr. Dai completed his postdoctoral training in lung vascular biology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He was a Research Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. Dr. Dai started as a Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix on 2019, and was promoted as Tenured Associate Professor on July 2024. Dr. Dai was recruited to Washington University in St Louis on July 2024.
